Every watch is verified in hand before it crosses your path. Pre-owned pieces cross our watchmaker's bench: movement inspected, condition verified, function tested, by hands that have opened the reference before. Nothing reaches you that we haven't held ourselves.
What we stand behind is in writing before you commit, not implied in a listing. Our warranty terms live in plain language directly below, readable in two minutes. If a piece needs service, it happens before delivery, and you'll know the scope. When your watch needs care years later, the bench that verified it is still here.
From our hands to yours, and back again whenever a piece needs to travel, shipping is insured and tracked door to door. The risk in transit is ours to carry, never yours.
Box, papers, service history, and our own condition notes: you'll know exactly what exists and what doesn't before you decide, and everything that exists travels with the piece.
A watch is a machine, and machines occasionally act up. Call us first. The person who put the piece in your hands is the person accountable for making it right, whether that means our bench, the brand's service network, or a harder conversation we'll have honestly. You'll never be handed a phone tree.

1-Year limited warranty from the seller, starting from the date of purchase. Only valid on purchases made after March 12th, 2025. It covers manufacturing defects, including movement, timekeeping, and mechanical failures.
Water damage is not covered. External components, including straps, crystals, and cases, are not covered under this warranty. Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or bracelet stretching, is excluded. Warranty is void for damage from accidents, misuse, or exceeding water resistance limits. The seller is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage due to negligence.
Watches serviced or opened by unauthorized parties will void the warranty. All warranty repairs must be authorized and processed through the seller.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact the seller for a return authorization number and include your invoice and a description of the issue. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for warranty claims; the seller will cover return shipping after repair.
Warranty does not cover international customers.
