Every watch has a story, and the one you're looking for already means something to you. Tell us yours, and where this piece fits. Our focus is bringing that story to life. That's why we do this, for the joy.

Step 01

Tell us the piece.

Reference and configuration, or just the idea of it. Together we set the target: condition, completeness, and the range that makes the deal worth doing.

Step 02

The hunt runs.

The network goes to work, and updates come to you as the search moves, not when it's over.

Step 03

You review what we find.

Photos, condition, provenance, and the final all-in number, in front of you before anything happens. Nothing moves without your yes.

Step 04

Verified, then delivered.

The piece crosses our watchmaker’s bench before it comes to you. Insured and securely shipped, backed by our warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most hunts land inside two to six weeks. Rare references can run longer, and we'd rather tell you that up front than promise a date. You'll hear from us throughout, so you always know where the search stands.

Yes. A deposit covers the search and lets us move the moment the right piece surfaces. If we find your watch inside the range we agreed, the deposit is non-refundable. If we can't, it comes back to you in full. The balance is due only after you've approved the piece.

We tell you. You’ll get an honest read: hold at your number and keep the search open, adjust, or stop. If the search ends without your watch, your deposit comes back in full. What we won’t do is stretch the definition of "found it" to close a deal.

Most hunts run through Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin, and Richard Mille, where our network runs deepest. If your piece sits outside that list, ask. You'll get a straight yes or no, not a maybe.

Every sourced piece is verified in hand by our watchmaker before it reaches you: movement, case, provenance, documentation. It carries the same warranty as a piece from our own collection.

You approve the piece before we secure it, with photos, condition, and the final all-in number in front of you. That's why the return question rarely arises: nothing is acquired on your behalf until you've said yes. Once confirmed and acquired, the piece is yours.
